DMCA Policy
DMCA Policy for XTREMEHDIPTV
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to all IPTV and digital services operated under our brand, including AllAccessIPTVStore.com, BUYIPTV4K.com, xtremehdiptv.tech and all related subdomains. We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners and expect every user, partner, and reseller to do the same.
Important: Our platform does not host or store television channels, movies, series, or VOD files on our own servers. We provide IPTV account provisioning, device configuration, and access management. All streams and media originate from independent third-party providers. Any copyrighted content remains the responsibility of its original source.
1. Scope of This DMCA Policy
This Policy explains how copyright owners can notify us of alleged infringements and how users may submit a counter-notice. By using our websites and services, you agree to comply with this DMCA Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws.
2. Our Role in Relation to IPTV Content
Our service operates as a technology and subscription facilitator for IPTV access. We:
- Do not upload, encode, or store video or audio files on our infrastructure.
- Do not have editorial control over third-party streams, playlists, or channel line-ups.
- Provide users with IPTV accounts, configuration support, and access management tools only.
Because the actual streams and files are supplied by external providers, copyright complaints may also need to be directed to those upstream hosts.
3. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized representative) and believe that material accessible through our service infringes your rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including any relevant URLs, channel names, screenshots, or timestamps that help us locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your full legal name and a valid email address where we can contact you.
Incomplete or unclear notices may be rejected or delayed, so please provide as much detail as possible.
4. Where to Send DMCA Notices
All DMCA notices and copyright-related communications must be sent to our designated contact:
5. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the complaint to verify that it meets DMCA requirements.
- Attempt to identify the responsible account or the third-party provider linked to the complained content.
- Temporarily restrict, disable, or remove access to the content where appropriate.
- Notify the relevant account holder, reseller, or partner, where applicable.
- Cooperate, within reasonable limits, with upstream providers to address the infringement at its original source.
Because we do not control the upstream streaming servers, removal at the source may depend on the cooperation of the third-party host.
6. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)
If you are a user or reseller whose content or access has been restricted due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must contain:
- Your full name and electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country or region and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
- A valid email address for further communication.
Counter-notifications must be sent to the same email address listed in this Policy. We may restore access to the material if appropriate, unless we receive notice of legal action from the original complainant.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a strict policy against repeat infringement. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:
- Issue warnings to the account holder.
- Limit or suspend the account’s access to our services.
- Terminate accounts and refuse future service to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
We reserve the exclusive right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringer and which measures are appropriate in each case.
8. Third-Party Content & No Warranty
Any channels, events, VOD libraries, or media accessible through our IPTV platform are provided “as is” by independent third parties. We do not guarantee the legality, licensing status, availability, or quality of any particular stream or channel. Copyright ownership of all content remains with the respective rights holders.
Our role is limited to offering subscription management, IPTV account activation, and device support for users who choose to connect to those third-party sources.
9. Misuse of DMCA Procedures
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive DMCA notices or counter-notices is unlawful and may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or take further action against anyone who misuses DMCA procedures or attempts to harm our service or reputation.
